Brand & Digital Marketing Manager ( Japanese Restaurant)
About this position
We are looking for a passionate marketer who will help develop and create brand strategy, brand awareness, brand image and brand experience including brand communications of Yayoi Thailand and New brand. He/She will help initiating and managing brand execution in various channels and touchpoints (offline+online) to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message and build brand value and loyalty to our target customers.
Responsibilities
• To take responsibility and take care all about branding of Yayoi and new brand as a brand guardian.
• To execute media both offline and online, including in-store media of Yayoi and new brand. Identify and execute Yayoi’s brand strategy.
• To identify market, digital trends & insights with collaborate to optimize media tools, and budget.
• To determine brand’s performance in all marketing campaigns against Business’s KPI.
• To monitor competitive analysis on market landscape, competitors’ campaigns (e.g. branding, mechanic, pricing), as well as consumers’ voices.
• To utilize analytical skill to evaluate marketing campaigns, customer’s experience across multiple channels/touchpoints.
• To oversee creative and media agencies/partners in developing branding campaign / always-on content and all brand communications in order to deliver effective marketing and brand plan.
• To manage budgets and effectively allocate resources among campaigns.
• To manage documents control and quality control system under ISO and other standards associated with business.
• To carry out any other assignments assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• At least 8 years, bases on Brand Management, Casual Dining Restaurants (CDR), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), FMCG, Media/Digital Ads/Creative/Branding agencies, or any related industries in marketing field.
• Master’s Degree preferred. A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Communication Arts or, related field.
• Good Taste & Good Idea of Communications, with Creativity.
• Experienced in brand management, and Casual Dining Restaurants (CDR), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), FMCG, or any related industries in marketing field.
• Proof of success in brand management. Highly creative with experience in identifying brand issues, brand execution.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and presentation skills.
• Good background in advertising/creative works judgement.
• Passion in food, love to eat and exploring new food trends / restaurant / fashion and digital lifestyle.
