About this position

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of order processing.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures for warehouse operations.
• Analyze current warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leverage technology to enhance warehouse and fulfillment operations, including the use of Internal Operation management system and automation tools.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers, and other stakeholders to optimize logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all warehouse and fulfillment procedures and controls.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on internal control procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or fulfillment at least 3-5 years.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
