About this position

The Senior New Product Development Specialist (NPD) is responsible for leading and managing the new product development process, ensuring timely product launches, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new product development (NPD) and existing product renovation process.
• Plan, implement, and control product development timeline to align with the established work objective.
• Coordinate with internal (company departments) and external (OEMs, ODMs, suppliers) parties to develop products and ensure that all projects are launched according to the agreed timeline.
• Study and monitor market trends, seeking new trends and technologies in raw materials, formulations, packaging design, and general knowledge to develop new products.
• Summarize and report on the progress of the NPD (New Product Development) projects you are responsible for to your supervisor.
• Prepare and provide product information to internal departments.
• Conduct product testing and summarize the results of the product tests

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the development of skincare products.
• Strong project management skill.
• Understanding the product development process.
• Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing English and Thai.
• Strong coordination skills.
