About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop marketing strategies and implement to marketing campaign to attract international travelers, focusing on building brand and product awareness in international tourist audiences.
• Collaborate with in-house and agencies to develop compelling materials, such as, KOLs, online content, and campaigns that resonate with global travelers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international travel agencies, airlines, tourism boards, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI, and utilize insights to optimize strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, Languages, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tourist marketing, KOL management, or travel-related roles.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
