About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement content strategies for Tiktok that reflect the brand’s tone, mood, and storytelling objectives.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that effectively engage and resonate with target audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international KOLs to amplify brand messaging.
• Negotiate KOLs contracts and manage deliverables to ensure consistent alignment with brand goals and tone.
• Drive brand visibility through effective public relations strategies and initiatives.
• Engage with online and offline communities to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Ensure all communication materials and campaigns consistently reflect the agreed-upon brand positioning.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of TikTok campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on digital platforms, influencer management, and event marketing.
• Strong background in FMCG marketing or experience working in marketing agencies.
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors.
• Proven ability to manage KOL campaigns across multiple levels, including international collaborations.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
