The Assistant Marketing Manager for Skincare Products will be responsible for planning and executing product launches, overseeing brand image, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute product launches, including creating marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication strategies.
• Oversee the brand image and positioning of FMCG products. Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, considering market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, science, health science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management within the FMCG industry; experience in the beauty category is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and creative skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
