About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Graphic Design team to foster a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with the company’s branding, marketing goals, and overall vision.
• Review and approve all visuals, copy, and campaigns before they’re published.
• Ensure designs and content are engaging, high-quality, and on-brand across diverse marketing channels such as print, digital platforms, in-store promotions, and social media.
• Provide strategic guidance and creative insights to deliver innovative, impactful, and results-driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, new product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of creative initiatives with broader business goals.
• Refine and review all marketing materials for consistency, clear messaging, and accuracy.
• Ensure all content reflects our brand image and meets high-quality standards.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in creative agencies and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in design, branding, and creating campaigns for print, digital, and social media.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of mentoring creative teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in reviewing design, copy, and content for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Ability to deliver innovative solutions while meeting deadlines and aligning with marketing objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
