Treasury Operation (Billing) – Temporary staff (1 year contract)
About this position
The Treasury Operation (Billing) position is a temporary role focused on managing invoicing and billing processes for vehicles, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Issue invoice/tax invoice, debit note, and credit note for vehicles for dealers nationwide for daily basis.
• Support any document request from Department of Land Transport (DLT) and billing team.
• Support billing and Account Receivable team to ensure that the Company’s billing process for BU Domestic is smoothly perform with effectively and efficiency.
• Be window person of billing team to contact finance companies, other divisions for billing Domestic BU function.
Requirements
• Have experience 0-2 years up.
• Related experience 1 years up on basic tax knowledge required.
• Communication : Ability to communicate well to explain financial information to customers.
• Honesty : Accountants must be honest and ethical in their work.
• Management : Must have effective time and document management skills.
• Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Business Administration.
• Good command in English.
• Good command in SAP, Microsoft office (excel, word, power point).
