Treasury Management (AR) – Temporary staff (1-year contract)
About this position
The Treasury Management (AR) position is a temporary role focused on managing accounts receivable, preparing financial documents, and supporting the accounting team.
Responsibilities
• Issue invoice/tax invoice, debit note, and credit note for non-routine account receivable and non-trade accounting receivable upon request.
• Providing document for tax refund purpose.
• Prepare monthly offsetting report for nationwide dealer’s payment on monthly basis.
• Prepare Sell and Buy back operation and Sell and buy back report.
• Prepare monthly account receivables reports to support monthly accounting closing.
• Prepare and provide supporting document with stamp of bank verification for refund processes.
• Manage and monitor account receivable balance to ensure that the company fairly present account receivable in the financial statement.
• Filing withholding tax document received from customers to ensure that the company has completely keep and use valid withholding tax received for tax credit purpose to support the company’s corporate income tax calculation.
• Support manager for additional ad hoc reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Business Administration.
• Related experience 4 years up on basic tax knowledge required.
• Communication : Ability to communicate well to explain financial information to customers.
• Honesty : Accountants must be honest and ethical in their work.
• Management : Must have effective time and document management skills.
• Good command in English.
• Good command in SAP, Microsoft office (excel, word, power point).
