PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Plastic Process)
About this position
To control preparation and installation of jig, fixture, and equipment concern stamping process. Responsible for the job assignments from the supervisor. Follow up and control the job schedule. Cooperate with the related department for smooth preparation. To follow the company regulations and policy.
Responsibilities
• Prepare mold, jig, tool, die, equipment, and new machine for new model.
• Production Equipment capacity planning and improvement.
• Process guideline planning and Process change control.
• Involve for improve quality, cost, delivery, and energy saving.
• Utilize new technology for production tools, equipment, process, and materials.
• Preparation or setting conditions for safety.
• Problem analysis.
• Support another division for ABP and LRBP.
• Environment matter for Equipment and Facility.
• Improve current and new equipment.
• Sub-material preparation and authorization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Tool & Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 - 2 years of working experience in injection / mold process.
• Skill and knowledge of Electric Control System, PLC. CNC and CAD familiar.
• Confirmation systems such as Pokayoke, Traceability and etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
• Flexible working hour and able to work on shift.
• Leadership, organizing abilities, and teamwork.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is a plus.
