PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Assembly Process)
About this position
Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying products and manufacturing methods. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Responsibilities
• New model preparing such as Mold, JIG, Die, Tool, Equipment, and New Machine.
• Production Equipment capacity planning and improvement.
• Process guideline planning and Process change control.
• Involve for improve quality, cost, delivery, and energy saving.
• Utilize new technology for production tools, equipment, process, and Material.
• Preparation or setting conditions for safety.
• Problem analysis.
• Support another division for ABP and LRBP.
• Environment matter for Equipment and Facility.
• Improve current and new equipment.
• Sub-material preparation and authorization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanicals, Mechatronics, and Electronic).
• At least 2 years of in manufacturing or production.
• New graduate are also welcome.
• Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to work on shift.
• Leadership, organizing abilities, and teamwork.
• Skill and knowledge of electric control system, PLC, CNC, and CAD familiar.
• Knowledge of machine and equipment for support assembly line included the quality.
• Confirmation systems such as Pokayoke, Traceability and etc.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing will be an advantage.
