MATERIAL HANDLING - ENGINEER
About this position
Responsibilities
• To control warehouse operation and part supply for production line.
• Balance and adjust stock, inventory variance analysis.
• To control & follow up daily cycle count, monthly count, Yearly Physical Count.
• To control and set-up expense of Material Handling Operation.
• To set up a strategy of production process on the usage of manpower.
• Investigate and analyze root cause of part shortage, downtime, other problem concerned with quality and set up solution.
• New project leader and follow up problem of new model.
• Improvement Operation Process, Logistics Innovation, Logistic Cost Reduction.
• Improve warehouse, shop floor operations, working area based on KAIZEN, APW 5S, QCC Activity.
• To follow and support ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 requirements.
Requirements
• Welcome new graduated or at least 1-3 years of working experience in warehouse operation or part supply control.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial Engineer, Logistic Engineer or any related engineering fields.
• Good command of English both of spoken and written and able to communicate effectively.
• Computer literacy in MS Offices, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.
• Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
• Having experience in the automotive business or vehicle parts manufacturing will be an advantage.
