GL & AP INDIRECT – SENIOR STAFF

About this position

Responsibilities

■  Review general ledger for factory expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with principles and regulations.
■  Review A/P indirect material (with PO and without PO) transection and financial document for accuracy and approve the payment.
■  Entering payroll transections into the ledger and reconcile payment account.
■  Reconcile, monitor and control suspense accounts, AP overdue outstanding GR/IR.
■  Verify withholding tax and vat documents and filling activities.
■  Supporting the Auditor, Controller and other financial professional in their duties as needed.
■  Prepare analysis of accounts and monthly reports.
■  Handle special assignment from management.

Requirements

■  At least 3 years in Accounting in car manufacturing company.
■  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
■  Good command of English, able to communicate effectively. (TOEIC > 500 will be advantage)
■  Computer literacy especially in SAP, ERP, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
■  Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
■  Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
■  Knowledge of Vat, withholding Tax, Stam duty, Revenue code.
