Customer relationship - Outsourced staff (1 year contract)
About this position
The position involves supporting the Customer Relationship Manager with various administrative tasks and managing customer relationships over a one-year contract.
Responsibilities
• Support CR Manager in daily administrative duties and a variety of different administrative tasks.
• Prepare and proceed all administrative documents related to financial and accountant processes, purchasing services and payment for suppliers.
• Monitor and prepare regular report on monthly office budgets.
• Systematically filing important office documents.
• Support to validate and monitor contents of the new Fanclub (M-Journey).
• Update office policies as needed.
• Partially handle and manage special project support i.e. Street circuit activity and MTUTD projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for management and staff.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration & marketing.
• Have experience 1-3 years in marketing communication, customer relationship management and other related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
• Have positive personality with “CAN DO” attitude and excellent in interpersonal skill.
• Good in English communication.
