Training & OD Engineer
About this position
The Training & OD Engineer is responsible for conducting training needs assessments, developing training courses, and facilitating employee development activities to align with organizational competencies and requirements.
Responsibilities
• Conduct training need survey and prepare training need survey summary report
• Develop training courses as assigned and contact the instructor and training institute to create the course outline aligned with MACO training requirements and competency.
• Conduct training courses and employee development activities both in-house and/or external facilitators as planned and aligned with MACO competency and Department of Skill Development (DSD) requirement
• Analyze and prepare monthly training reports
• Carrying out the current and future capability assessments and develop competencies matrix across the organization
• Create innovative learning programs and Design flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
• Driving a culture of excellence continuous learning
• Facilitating learning intervention implementations
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related fields
• 3-5 years’ direct experience in OD, HRD, training, Manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA, VDO editing Program
• Good Interpersonal skill, communication and relationship building
• Creative thinking, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, service-minded and Team working.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.
