Responsibilities
• Conducting on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of air conditioning systems to identify and resolve issues
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and providing prompt and effective solutions
• Collaborating with the product development team to provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements
• Maintaining detailed records of service activities and customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Outstanding customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
