Responsibilities
• Stay informed about market trends from distributors and align marketing efforts accordingly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each market.
• Assess the company's current situation and develop strategies to address future challenges.
• Analyze global market trends to understand the Voice of Customers (VOC) from a broader perspective.
• Conduct market research, plan, and take proactive actions.
• Create and propose branding plans from scratch to distributors and oversee their execution.
• Enhance brand awareness for MHI air conditioners through effective methods.
• Master the marketing strategy process and apply it effectively.
• Develop and execute both online and offline marketing strategies, introducing innovative approaches to the team.
• Combine data analysis with creative idea generation.
• Manage marketing activities across ASEAN countries and India, with regular visits to these regions post-COVID.
• Understand and respond to the Voice of Customers (VOC) in each market, creating ideas to meet their needs.
• Maintain frequent communication with the Japanese head office marketing team and ASEAN distributors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in the air conditioning industry or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and executing both online and offline marketing strategies.
• Strong market analysis and research skills.
• Understanding market trends and consumer behavior.
• Creativity and innovation.
• MUST Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
