Responsibilities
• Productivity and Manpower control of Test Room
• Line balancing and Kaizen
• Control and follow-up KPI (NG in Test Room)
• Cause analysis, follow-up and improvement activity
• QCDS system
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Production or related fields)
• Experience 0 - 3 years in production, QA, Testing, supervisor
• Understanding line & manpower balance, Productivity, Quality Control process and Production line
• Good command in English (Spoken and Written), computer skill (excel, powerpoint) presentation skill
