About this position

The Production Engineer (Plastic Shop) is responsible for setting up and adjusting molds for plastic injection machines, improving quality, cost, delivery, and safety, ensuring production efficiency, and collaborating with maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust molds for plastic injection machines
• Involve in utilizing new technology to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety (QCDS)
• Ensure molds are correctly positioned and functional for production efficiency and product quality
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team and Mold & Die team to troubleshoot and resolve mold-machine related issue

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial /or related fields)
• Experience 0 - 3 years in injection / mold process / or related roles (New graduated is also welcome)
• Basic knowledge of plastic injection, drawing, measurement tools, Auto CAD, PLC or related program
• Computer skills such as MS.Office and VBA
• Good command in English (Spoken and Written)
• Strong problem solving skill
