About this position

The IT Infrastructure / IT Support position involves improving and developing IT infrastructure, supporting users with computer issues, and ensuring the organization keeps pace with modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Improve and develop the IT infrastructure to keep pace with modern technology
• Develop new programs or applications and share with users
• Computer system (Hardware, Software, Server, Networking, Security and Application)
• Support work and fix computer problems for user

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or related
• Experience 2-5 years
• TOEIC score a minimum 400 point
• Service mind and strong communication
• Demonstrated analytic skills and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of information technology
• All position is required minimum GPA 2.50 and Proficient in English communication
