Responsibilities
• Organizing training course by annual plan both of internal and external
• Control database of training record
• Prepare and submit the data to Government
• Support Organization Development jobs to develop culture and employee engagement
• Support project assignment
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in HRD or related fields.
• Experience of 2-4 years in HRD, OD or related fields.
• Hands-on, Problems solving, Good Communication/ Public speaking skills, Service mind
• Logical thinking / Leadership / Communication skill
• TOEIC score a minimum of 400 points.
