Field Service Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Market Quality Responsibility: Taking care for market quality issues as assigned (Overseas or Domestic)
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and solutions for all quality-related issues raised by customers in the after-sales service
• Quality Meetings: Organize and conduct quality meetings to address and resolve field issues effectively
• Field Data Analysis: Collect, Analyze field data to identify trends, Root causes, and reach opportunities for improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Related field)
• Skills in statistical data analysis or proficiency in relevant tools, such as Power BI or Excel VBA
• Experience in customer service or after-sales support
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Ability to create detailed reports and deliver clear presentations
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel Domestic or Overseas as required
