About this position

To lead and oversee a team of project managers, ensuring the successful execution of digital projects while aligning with business objectives. The role focuses on strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality project outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage the large project scale size
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers to ensure alignment with organizational and division goals.
• Develop and implement project frameworks, strategies, and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with BU leads and senior stakeholders to align project priorities with business needs.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project issues and risks, driving resolution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team, identifying areas for professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Management, IT Management, Project Management
• Experience Minimum of 8 years in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive management role within a large, technology-driven organization.
• Advanced leadership and strategic management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in senior stakeholder management.
