About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop concepts and online marketing strategies across various channels to promote the company’s brand and products.
• Plan budgets and timelines for content and media expenses for each campaign and activity.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments, such as sales, production, and creative teams, to ensure smooth operations.
• Collect data and analyze the outcomes of activities to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of investments.
• Present periodic reports to management.
• Keep up with trends and new developments in the marketing industry to apply to work.
• Develop creative ideas and new concepts to apply in strategic planning, operations, and media for business results.
• Support other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Experience in online marketing.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Marketing Communication or similar roles.
• Planning and managing overlapping tasks, and proposing solutions.
• Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work as a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of computer programs used in work, such as Microsoft Office and design programs.
