Responsibilities
• Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare annual budgets for the Mitr Phol Group. Conduct thorough reviews, analyses, and identify any significant variances between actual and budgeted figures.
• Management Reporting: Develop comprehensive management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, financial ratios, cost reports, and competitive analyses.
• Standard Development and Oversight: Establish standardized guidelines, templates, reports, and processes related to budgeting and management reporting. Ensure alignment with evolving business needs and executive requirements.
• Technological Implementation: Leverage advanced tools and technologies such as Power BI, RPA, Machine Learning, and AI to enhance budgeting efficiency and improve management reporting quality.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Cost Accounting, or General Accounting.
• Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/other ERP systems, and Power BI. Excellent analytical, systematic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
