HRBP (Indonesia Business)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyze and consolidate data to improve business and people productivity
• Provide consultation and guidelines in people management according to corporate policy and local rules and regulations
• Build good relationship with stakeholders eg. union member, outsource vendor, government agency, etc. to ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with local in negotiation of HR & GA related matters
• Collaborate with HR Corporate to develop and implement people management practices that fits with Indonesia culture
Requirements
• Have a background of HR Business Partner is preferred
• Be able to travel between 4 sites (Jakarta Office, Cilacap, Blitar, Serang)
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage
• Skilled in Excel and Power point
• Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
• An agile and flexible approach, with an intuitive understanding on how to influence a range of personalities and styles.
• Prefer candidates have full working rights for Thailand, able to relocate to work in Indonesia.
