Licensing Manager
About this position
Minto Inc. is seeking a Licensing Manager to identify product opportunities, sell IP to suitable licensees, and maintain commercial relationships in the Thailand market.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Licensing Planning: Formulate and implement strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Identify and pitch new licensees to expand the licensing portfolio.
• Licensee Management: Manage and develop existing key licensees to enhance category growth. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with licensees.
• Business Development: Identify product opportunities and market trends to inform licensing strategies. Develop new business opportunities and secure new licensees.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate licensing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Minto Inc. Oversee the preparation, review, and management of licensing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the performance of licensees and licensing programs. Prepare and present regular reports on licensing activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements
• Enthusiasm and knowledge in character is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commercial marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, character licensing, marketing, sales, or business development; experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Substantial experience within the anime industry management is a plus.
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English and Thai.
• Immediate availability is preferred
