About this position

The Logistics Planning Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing logistics, inventory, transportation, and customer expectations, while ensuring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, inventory, transportation and customer expectations
• Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of oversea product shipments, returns shipment or special shipment and report about oversea product delivery status and action plan for delivery risk product
• Monitor and maintain safety stock of oversea product at USA to protect risk of logistic delay, order fluctuation, delivery backlog issue and etc.
• Lead and push factory team to reach oversea product delivery plan
• Analysis and forecast container demand data of each week and month and work with logistic operation team
• Escalate delivery risk product to management level by weekly to protect delivery issue at customer side in advance
• Customer order analysis, audit oversea order to find out the order issue such as order fluctuation issue, order lead time issue and order over contact issue
• Be the point of contact for third party carriers and terminals in order to solve problems or coordinate logistics processes
• SOP & EOP delivery and inventory control for new model and end model period
• Oversee transportation management system maintenance and improvements
• Manage and optimize all process under responsibility taking into consideration Quality, Legality and client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistic, supply chain management or relevant
• Good command in English or Chinese
• More than five years of experience in large-scale logistics, express route and capacity planning or more than Five years of experience in motor vehicle management; Logistics including transportation and warehouse operations with a high level of knowledge with import and export procedures
