About this position

The Key Account Manager is responsible for supporting customer business teams, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency within the manufacturing sector, particularly in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the responsible customer business team in obtaining new orders; Assist the Team leader in formulating key customer strategy, etc.
• Integrate business customer information, Organize project meetings and manage orders, support regional or factory teams in mass production projects.
• Responsible for project quotations and set-up prices, contract management, annual drop, rebates and overdue and other business management indicators data.
• Assist the team in conducting business activities, responsible for customer visits and reception, regularly maintain key customer relationships.
• Complete other related tasks assigned by leaders.
• Perform all methods and measures used to ensure the 'effectiveness and efficiency of operation, reliability of data reports, legal compliance', prevent risks, ensure the safety of the company's property, improve operational efficiency, and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Automotive, Vehicle Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, English, etc;
• 3-15 years in experience as a Key Account / Sales in automotive industrial
• Knowledge & Skill: Familiar with the automotive parts industry, product technology and other knowledge, highly sensitive to the industry market and business
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
• Able to travel to China for training and have business trips in Asia.
• Good command to Thai-English, speak Chinese is a plus
