Milott Laboratories Co., Ltd was established in Thailand in 1989 under a joint venture with Milott Cosmetic Corporation which is a 85 years old OEM based in Japan. Milott is purely an OEM entity mainly into Color Cosmetics, Skincare, Personal care, Oral care, Hair care and Household products. Milott has dedicated production facilities for each product categories, well equipped with state of art machinery to ensure global manufacturing practices which are fully certified with best quality systems and procedures, covering a total manufacturing area over 75,000 square meters.

About this position

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and high performance of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage infrastructure team, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for hardware, software, and services.
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
• Develop and manage IT infrastructure budget.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications. (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, ITSM)
