Legal Officer / Lawyer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Contact and coordinate with government units regarding to legal matters such as submission of document, company registration, etc.
• Arrange the opening of the BOI project to the Board of Investment of Thailand.
• Arrange and ensure corporate compliance.
• Arrange training on legal compliance to related person in the company.
• Coordinate with external legal lawyers and advisors on litigation or other legal matters as required by other divisions.
• Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company businesses such as intellectual property law, immigration law, commercial law or taxation law, and prepare the case for trial in the court and follow up the judgment.
• Review and comment on standard contracts of the company.
• Draft, review and comment commercial contracts to ensure that term and conditions are complied with applicable law and regulation and meets the company’s interest, and prevent risk.
• Manage company’s licenses such as BOI Certificate, Trademark Certificate, FBA Certificate.
• Other tasks assigned by Legal Manager such as arranging FA meeting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law
• 1-3 years working experience. (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Able to work independently and participate effectively across teams
• Able to work under pressure and time limitation
• High commitment, accountability and mature
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Able to communicate in English (TOEIC Score 700 up)
• Lawyer License is preferable
