HR Section Manager
About this position
The HR Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the HRM organization, developing talent acquisition strategies, and providing HR consultancy to top management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring overall HRM organization including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit and Payroll.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies & planning to attract and retain top talent.
• Using HR analytics, providing management and helping decision making.
• Develop and implement the HRM strategies aligned to the business objectives.
• Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent with a strong customer service mindset to enhance our customer-centric culture.
• Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, conduct job analyses, and develop job descriptions.
• Works alongside the top management to provide HR consultancy and implementation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in HRM Field (Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, C&B and Payroll).
• Experienced in HRIS software - Success Factors is advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written in English. (TOEIC score 700 up).
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
