General Affairs Supervisor
About this position
The General Affairs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the arrangement and support of branch offices, managing assets, and ensuring effective insurance control, among other administrative duties.
Responsibilities
• Branch Office's arrangement and support.
• Asset management and control.
• Overall insurance control (IAR, EAR, Vehicle)
• Business Plan Preparation.
• Lease Agreement & Rental Management.
• Monthly clarify of office rental fee.
• Monthly and regular report preparation.
• Translation support (occasionally)
• other task assigned related to general affairs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in administrative, general affairs, general management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Able to manage all assigned work.
• Able to work to meet designated deadline.
• Good communication in English. (TOEIC 500 up is a must)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
