About this position
The Cost Control and Cost Analysis Officer is responsible for project planning, budgeting, and overall project controls, ensuring effective cost management and data analysis.
Responsibilities
• Project Planning, scheduling, cost engineering (budgeting and forecasting) progress measurement and overall project controls for all projects.
• Review and analyze proposed construction schedules.
• Strongly in budget development & control.
• Develop, improvement, implement, reconcile and maintain valuable project database control and reports in projects.
• Data management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support company business plan.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
• Experience above 2 years in Cost Analysis is an advantage.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score 500).
• Strongly in Data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
