Digitalization Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assess pain points in current business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
• Develop high-level storyboards to visualize proposed solutions for stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights for the Digitalization Platform product team.
• Act as a liaison between backend product teams and business users to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Support the product team in designing tailored digital solutions that address business needs.
• Manage digitalization projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards.
• Coordinate project activities across different phases (initiation, planning, execution, and delivery) in waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Lead change management initiatives to promote the adoption of digital solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by refining processes and solutions post-implementation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, managing IT digitalization project cycles.
• Proven experience in bridging business requirements with functional/technical teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in project management for medium scale Digital Transformation projects.
• Good knowledge in Manufacturing and/or Sales processes.
• Familiarity with digital transformation tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of process mapping, requirement documentation, and solution design techniques.
• Willingness to travel within APAC as required.
• Strong adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly self-motivated with strong team spirit.
• Thai and English proficiency is required.
• Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage in order to communicate effectively with native China counterparts.
