Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough inspections of meals and provide detailed reports
• Efficiently plan trips and manage time, coordinating with team members
• Monitor various media outlets for restaurant-related information within the assigned market.
• Expected a minimum of 260 meal inspections annually
• Be willing to travel internationally
Requirements
• A deep passion for gastronomy with extensive culinary knowledge
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for the requirement of anonymity
• Flexibility to travel frequently, including regular evening and occasional weekend assignments
• Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently
• Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong observational abilities
• Hold a valid driving license is a great plus
