About this position

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will work closely with a Product Owner and Business Analyst to bring our product vision to life through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to understand business objectives, user requirements, and project constraints.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and product functionality.
• Develop visually appealing, user-centered UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain design consistency.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually elevate design quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in travel, transportation, e-commerce, or related technology environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and iterative design principles.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with prototyping and user testing platforms.
