About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and long-term roadmap.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and designers, ensuring all parties share a common understanding of product goals and requirements.
• Lead product discovery activities, including user interviews, competitor analysis, and prototyping, to validate assumptions and refine concepts.
• Translate business ideas, requirements and user needs into epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility, maintaining a clear and transparent backlog for the development team.
• Work in an Agile environment, driving sprints, defining sprint goals, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality increments.
• Oversee go-to-market (GTM) strategies, collaborate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory requirements, and engage with strategic partners to facilitate product integrations.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback, iterating on features to continuously improve the product experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in product management or product owner roles, including defining solutions from idea to production, ideally in travel, transportation, e-commerce, or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record in building products from scratch, conducting product discovery, and validating MVPs for product-market fit.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to guide product decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Deep empathy for end-users and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
