About this position

By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs, Industry Presales Consultants play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective customers to identify their business challenges and requirements.
• This key role will assist the sales team with technical skills and functional expertise.
• The first area involves supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about technical specifications and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs, often demonstrating those features before a sale.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, including compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company's products and services, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, RFP/RFI (Request for proposal/information) and TOR (Term of Requirements) responses.
• Collaborate with sales teams, Internal Business Units or Partner to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Business Computer.
• Experience in the IT Presales or related field.
• Strong understanding of the industry and its specific challenges.
• Having System and Storage / Security / Application & Development / Big Data & Analytics skills / Software Development.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and work well independently.
• Strong service mind with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible and easily adaptable.
• Good communication of English.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Certifications in industry-specific technologies or methodologies (preferred).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful sales enablement (preferred).
