About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and domain experts to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Support product discovery by assisting in user interviews, competitor research, and data analysis, synthesizing findings to refine product features.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined and ready for development.
• Document current and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, and requirement review meetings to align stakeholders and foster productive discussions.
• Assist in acceptance testing by verifying that delivered increments meet defined acceptance criteria, and monitor product performance to inform iterative improvements.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in travel, e-commerce, transportation, or related technology domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, with an ability to articulate business needs and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and proficiency with requirements tracking and project management tools.
• A collaborative mindset and adaptability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with travel tech trends and transportation booking ecosystems is a plus.
