About this position

The Account Executive Manager leads sales growth and client expansion for the Payment Gateway business, focusing on driving revenue, managing a sales team, and delivering tailored payment solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets and strategies for Payment Gateway products and services to boost revenue and expand the customer base.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to craft effective sales plans.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team capable of providing payment solution consultations to clients.
• Monitor team performance and provide support to achieve set objectives.
• Offer consultations and propose solutions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while fostering connections with potential customers.
• Track and report sales impacts, manage business proposals and handle contracts.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in emerging sectors like e-commerce, fintech, and SMEs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales management (experience in Payment Gateway business is a plus).
• Expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and team management.
• Solid understanding of Payment Gateway systems, online payment platforms, or fintech.
• Proficiency in English.
