About this position

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and serve as a critical bridge between internal stakeholders and clients. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, coordinating between teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of sustainable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate client needs into clear and actionable requirements for System Analysts, and development teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions and their alignment with business objectives.
• Develop process flows, business use cases, and functional requirements to support project execution.
• Document project deliverables, workflows, and communication plans for seamless collaboration.
• Maintain up-to-date records of requirements, changes, and project outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in technology-driven environments or sustainability-focused projects.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data analytics tools, or sustainability reporting solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, data integration, and system workflows is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex projects.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
