Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support on certification, service tools for calibration, spare-part storage to the calibration team.
• Cooperating with suppliers such as the express companies, center warehouse to ensure for goods or documents deliveries.
• Maintain clear, professional and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
