Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Arrang calibration orders by scheduling jobs to calibrators.
• Support and prepare job sheets, calibration certificates, and any specific requests from customers when the job have completed.
• Contact to customers to make delivery appointments.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
