About this position

Due to rapid growth in our company, we need potential people to make impact in our sales and service process and business. Metro Machinery aims to develop our people by providing opportunities to develop their skill sets in various areas of Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Credit Analysis, Parts & Service, Product Support, Product Knowledge, Sales and After Sales Service, IT, Human Resources Management and Development, etc. We offer supporting funds to high-potential employees for specialized training programs abroad in Asia, Europe, and America.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze of competency and skill matrix of employees
• Design end to end process of the personnel development system to be consistent and appropriate to employees; Training Need Analysis/IDP/Training Curriculum Design /Training Delivery/Training Evaluation and Training Record.
• Drive organizational culture and HRD projects to meet management's expectations and business needs
• Execute and manage the People Development projects to serve business success and growth
• Create Training Road Map
• Design Career Mapping and Curriculum Design
• Execute and monitor Training Year Plan
• Drive the organization to be a Learning Organization, including driving employees to learn through both channels; from global CAT program and other external knowledge sources.
• Manage and monitor training Budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 year working experiences in Training & Development functions in the similar industries including machine sales & services, trading company, etc.
• Able to be project a project manager in training and development including execute the project, progress report and util the project completion.
• Strong knowledge of modern Training & Development model and knowledge
• Able to create Competency (core competency and managerial competency) in order to design Training & Development for each business unit (BU).
• Knowledge of digital tools in Training & Development function such as LMS, E-learning, etc.
• Ability to design employee road map and skill mapping of training & development.
• Can design curriculum for people manager and executive level to match with skills and business need.
• Hold knowledge of Continuity and Succession Planning
• Ability in collaboration with training managers in each BU
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Thai and English.
