Sales & Service Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities
• Analyze sales and service performance data to track key metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement in both sales and customer service operations
• Work with sales and service teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, recommending strategies to streamline workflows and improve operational performance
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience through better sales and service processes
• Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, supporting decision-making in sales and service planning
• Assist in forecasting sales and service demands based on data analysis, helping teams plan resources and anticipate shifts in customer needs
• Create and present reports and dashboards to management, summarizing performance trends, insights, and progress toward achieving sales and service goals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies across the organization, ensuring that sales and service efforts support overall business objectives
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a strategic analysis, operations, or business analytics role, ideally in a sales or service-related environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
• Experience working with CRM tools, service management systems, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is preferable
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer service operations, with the ability to analyze and optimize both
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams
• Good command of English both spoken and written
