About this position

Due to rapid growth in our company, we need high-potential people to make impact in our sales and service process and business. Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and addresses customer needs
• Lead the development of short-term and long-term roadmaps for the product group, ensuring alignment with market trends, business priorities, and customer insights
• Identify product opportunities, market gaps, and emerging trends to drive innovation and growth within the product group
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of product managers, helping them build their expertise and guiding them to achieve individual and group objectives
• Champion the voice of the customer by conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and staying updated on market trends and competitor products
• Define, monitor, and track product performance metrics and KPIs to measure success, including customer adoption, retention, revenue growth, and market share

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Engineering is a plus
• Having experience of at least 5 years in product management in a leadership role of product group or portfolio is a plus
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle and experience managing products from concept to market
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
• Data-driven, with a strong ability to analyze product metrics, user feedback, and business performance to make informed decisions
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design practices
• Experience working in construction equipment and automobiles is a plus
