Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Manage the creation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including digital, print, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive high-quality service and support.
• Lead the development and management of content for various marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Oversee the branding and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with organizational trends, digital marketing innovations, and new tools.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, or related field, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a marketing and account management role, and perform as management level 5+ years, preferably in the heavy machinery or industrial equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing service team.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation tools, etc.).
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
