The HROD Supervisor is responsible for leading and implementing human capital development strategies to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career progression.
Responsibilities
• Lead and implement human capital development strategies to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career progression.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs to meet organizational goals and employee needs.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to assess skill gaps and develop tailored learning plans.
• Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
• Conduct talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Monitor and analyze employee development metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, ensuring consistent professional growth.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback mechanisms, 360-degree reviews, and development plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), Organizational Development (OD), or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of talent development, training methodologies, and performance management processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with change management and leadership development programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
