About this position

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for designing and optimizing customer journeys, analyzing feedback, collaborating with teams, monitoring industry trends, and preparing performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize customer journeys to align with customer needs and expectations.
• Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback data and propose improvement measures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance service effectiveness.
• Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends related to Customer Experience and apply them to the organization.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and summarize customer experience performance.

Requirements

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขา การตลาด และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 2-5 ปี พิจารณาพิเศษ
• ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับ ปานกลาง
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมต่างๆ
• สามารถเดินทางประจำต่างหวัดได้
• ชอบทำงานเป็นทีม มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
